Wes was born in Long Beach, California in 1954 to a boating family. At the age of 15, he sailed to the Fiji Islands and resided there for two years with his family. Wes came back to Long Beach and started a marine repair, piloting & management company that is still in business today.
Wes has worked in many aspects of the marine industry from sales to installation, and finally decided that yacht chartering is his forte. Wes piloted several boats for the motion picture and television industry: Riptide, Winds of War, Tequila Sunrise, Days of Our Lives, and The Bold & The Beautiful.
Having a 1,600 ton Masters License with S.T.C.W. training, towing & sailing endorsements, Wes spends his time between his work in Newport Beach, CA and his residence on Orcas Island, WA.

He has an excellent association with the Coast Guard from certifying four of his last boats. He has renovated nine Chris Crafts back from ruins in all sizes from 18′ Holiday speedboats to 65′ Coast Guard Certified Constellations & Commanders.
Wes guarantees a memorable trip!
Chef Gregory Guy
Growing up in Alaska, in a family that lived off the land, Chef Gregory Guy developed a passion for food early on. From fishing and hunting to planting gardens and preparing family meals, his parents made sure he was involved in the entire culinary process. Though he enjoyed his time at home, his desire to further his craft brought him to Scottsdale, Ariz. to study at the internationally renowned Scottsdale Culinary Institute, where he became Le Cordon Bleu Certified.
After he completed his studies, Chef Gregory traveled from the coldest regions of Colorado to the warm climates of the Virgin Islands, learning new cooking techniques and styles. He has worked alongside many influential chefs, including Frances well-known Chef Pascal Coudouy at the acclaimed 8100 restaurant in the award-winning Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, and Chef Richard Beichner, runner up for Best Chef of Colorado.
Throughout his 16 years of culinary experience, Chef Gregory has held a number of respected titles, including chef de cuisine and executive chef, at some of the countrys most prominent restaurants. He has appeared on greatchefs.com and even cooked private dinners for Vice President Joe Biden and Hockey Hall of Fame inductee Mark Messier. Although he boasts a pallet, talent and passion for all types of gastronomy, he specializes in French and Asian cuisine, and has extensive expertise in charcuterie, meat fabrication and menu design.
With 3 crew, Wes and Guy are typically joined by a Stewardess.
