CAPTAIN: Scott Kynoch
Scott brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Zoom Zoom Zoom. He was born in South Africa where his father built a 39ft Double-Ended Ketch and set about teaching his family to sail. At the age of 12 Scott and his family set sail to circumnavigate the Globe. Since then he has made a career in the yachting industry and sailed the oceans of the world on a variety of different vessels.
Scott is an experienced Super Yacht Sailor aboard both charter and private yachts. His first yacht was a Perini Navi called Phryne, which he joined in 2001. Since then he has had the pleasure of working on a variety of both power and sail vessels such as Seven Sins, Selene, Eos, and Perseus, to name a few. His work has taken him as far afield as the Galapagos, French Polynesia, and New Zealand and also has experience in cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Scott holds his Master 3000 GT Unlimited and is a PADI Advanced Open water Diver. In his spare time, he enjoys watching rugby, diving, fishing and hiking.
CHIEF STEWARDESS: Jennifer Dingle
Jennifer (Jen) is an experienced sailor and since 2004 she has gained a great deal of experience having worked aboard both power and sail yachts. She is known for her professional, hardworking attitude and has proven her abilities both in the Interior and Deck departments.
Jen grew up in Havelock North, New Zealand. At age 19 she attended University in Wellington where she gained a degree in Music - her passion being Piano. Shortly after this she left N.Z. to travel the world. Jen is also a PADI Open Water Diver and holds a RYA day skipper. Outside of work she enjoys all outdoor activities including rock climbing, hiking, diving and her music.
CHEF: Casey Glover
Having spent 12 years working in hotels and restaurants across Australia, Casey discovered the yachting industry in 2009. He has since worked onboard both private and charter yachts, cooking for a variety of high profile clients. His passion for travel has led him to seek experience in restaurants worldwide. This, combined with his drive and enthusiasm for innovation, results in his production of exciting, new and flavorful food.
Casey tries to combine his love of food and wine with travel, surfing and snowboarding wherever he can. He is also a keen golf and tennis player.
SECOND STEWARDESS: Danielle Gay
Having lived in England for most of her life, Danielle joined the yachting industry in 2012 after graduating university with a BA degree in Journalism with Theology.
She has worked on numerous motor yachts over the past few years gaining extensive experience as a stewardess.
In her personal time she enjoys many outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and running as well as having a passion for writing, reading and travelling.
THIRD STEWARDESS: Kerry O'Hagan
Having grown up in Cornwall, England, Kerry has grown up close to the sea.
Kerry has worked as a counter manager for Barclays Bank for the last seven years, as well as working for a number of hotels and restaurants.
In 2015 she decided to commence her yachting adventure.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews on day trips to the zoo, swimming and cinema.
FIRST MATE: Craig Maile
Craig grew up in Langdon Hills in the UK, from a young age he was on the water sailing small sail boats to then competitive racing as a teenager before then working as a Flotilla skipper in the Aegean Islands in Greece. Craig has worked in the yacht industry for 8 years and has worked on many different vessels ranging from motor yacht Siran, a beautiful, Classic one of a kind Feadship, to very busy charter yachts. His passion is on the water and apart from sailing he also likes wake boarding, surfing and kite surfing. Craig joined Zoom Zoom Zoom last winter as First mate on board and is here to make sure that your stay on board is a great one.
BOSUN: Matthew Fowles
Matthew grew up in the south west of England and has always been around boats. Since a child he has raced small yachts and dinghy's as well as cruising further afield on his family's 60ft Classic sailing yacht. He is currently working towards his officer's tickets, which he hopes to achieve this winter.
CHIEF ENGINEER: Matthias Kazmierczyk
Upon completion of engineering school Matthias began his career at Mercedes-Benz.
This was followed by a couple of year's compulsory military service in the German Navy, where he worked as a helicopter engineer. Matthias decided to return to the Navy to work as a engineer on a frigate class 124 where he spent the majority of the time on the sea working in the engineering department.
After leaving the Navy Matthias spent a short time on container ships working for company that converts ex military ships to yachts.
After different projects in Egypt, Sweden and Germany he started to work on a classic motor yacht in South of France, where he found his arrival in the yachting industry. He spent two seasons onboard as a Chief Engineer and after the boat was sold he decided to cross the Atlantic from Malta to Antigua on a sailing boat which he helped refit.
During the winter of 2015 he join the M/Y Zoom Zoom Zoom where he completed the shipyard period and is looking forward to the new challenges of the charter season.
SECOND ENGINEER/DECKHAND: Craig Pryde
Craig is from a small town outside Glasgow in Scotland. After leaving school he joined a large car dealership group working in the supply and distribution of car parts. After working for this company for 15 years he decided he wanted to join the yachting industry to fulfil his passion for engineering and traveling. In 2013 Craig joined his first vessel gaining great engineering and charter experience; he is currently working towards his next engineering qualification. He also currently holds a RYA day skipper. In his personal time Craig likes football, cycling, playing golf and motorsports.
