Captain Nikos
Greek / 1960
Captain Nikos holds an A Class Diploma. From 1977 until 1986 he served onboard merchant vessels and then continued his career as a Captain onboard charter yachts. For the last 22 years he has been with the same owner as captain on M/Y NEVER SAY NEVER (Ferretti 80 RPH), M/Y PARIS A (Maiora 31DP) and has followed up the
development and construction from A to Z of the latest M/Y PARIS-A (Maiora 35 DP). Nikos is married with two children. He speaks English and a little Italian, has a diving license and his hobbies include fishing, water sports and hunting. His long experience in the Mediterranean, Aegean and Ionian Sea is a valuable asset.
Engineer Yiorgos
Greek / 1975
Yiorgos graduated from the Greek Mercantile Marine Academy and holds an A Class diploma. He spent 10 years working on bulk cargo, container and tanker ships before moving to the yacht industry in 2007. He holds a speed boat license, certificate in First Aid, Firefighting and Lifesaving. Yiorgos is 47 years old, married and has one child. He has a friendly personality, speaks English and in his free time he enjoys reading Greek and foreign history, hiking and skiing.
Chef Dionisis Kosmetatos
Greek / 1980
Dionisis graduated in 2005 from Le Monde, Institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies and holds a diploma in culinary Arts. After finishing his apprenticeship he extended his expertise in international and Greek cuisine working in top-tier restaurants and since 2007 has been working in the luxury yacht industry on both commercial and private yachts. Dionisis is a very creative, reliable and organizational chef and holds two awards from Chef competitions at yacht shows (2007 & 2016). He can customize a menu for any occasion or dietary preference, always adding his creativity and personal touch to his dishes. Dionisis is married and is the proud father of two little daughters. He has a friendly and warm personality, speaks English and in his spare time he enjoys swimming and fishing.
Stewardess Nicole
Greek / 1986
Nicole’s love for the sea and the Greek islands led her to become involved in yachting and she joined our team last
year. She is highly skilled in five-star hospitality and service to meet the guests’ expectations, various services styles and smooth operation of the interior department. She speaks English and holds a certificate in First Aid, Firefighting and Lifesaving. Nicole is a proud mom of a daughter and continues to volunteer in childcare and animal welfare programs. She has a nice, warm character and in her rare spare time she takes pleasure in cross fit and reading about psychology.
Stewardess Margarita
Greek / 1993
Margarita graduated with a Bachelor in Shipping – administration & economy. She decided to join the yachting industry two years ago and her large experience in both the
hospitality and service industry in combination with her friendly and bright personality makes her a positive asset to our team. Margarita joined our team this year and has completed all safety training. She speaks English and Albanian and in her free time she enjoys cooking, running and reading.
Deckhand Andreas
Moldovan / 1986
Andreas graduated in 2008 from the Moldova State University at the Department of International Economics. Like his father, who’s a dedicated seaman for many years, he has a big interest and love for the sea. At the end of 2008 he started as an assistant steward on board private M/Y Carpe Diem. Early 2010 he joined the crew on board M/Y PARIS-A and has been with us since. Andreas holds a speed boat license and speaks fluently Russian, Romanian and Greek. He is very committed to ensure both security and comfort to our guests. Andreas is married and has twin boys. His favorite hobby is football.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
