Lower Deck:
Charter yacht CINQUE MARE has stylish accommodation for up to 8-10 guests in 4 spacious cabins. All 4 staterooms can be found on the lower deck.
The full beam master suite offers a walk around king size bed, walk in closet with safe, seating area, vanity unit / desk with chair, 55" samsung flat screen TV, Direct TV, Apple TV and Satellite TV. The master also offers a large en-suite with "his" and "hers" sink room, double rain shower, and separate area with toilet and bidet. A favorite feature of the yacht is the two very large panoramic windows on both sides of the room and a unique glass divider between the cabin and the ensuite bathroom that allow for views of the outside water while showering and while looking out from the king bed.
Forward there are two twin cabins, starboard and port. Each have closet, a pullman berth and are ensuite with rain shower, toilet and bidet. Starboard side cabin has one step to reach slightly higher beds.
The forward full beam VIP Cabin features Queen bed and ensuite with rain shower, toilet and bidet. The spacious VIP also offers 2 1-person seating areas on each side of the bed, a walk in closet, 24" Samsung flat screen with Direct and Satellite TV.
Upper Deck (Flybridge) :

Albert Arencibia - Captain
Captain Albert is Cuban American and has had a love for the water since the young age of eight. His passion for the ocean and helping others lead him to the US Coast Guard where he served for many years gaining exceptional operational, navigational, and search\rescue experience on vessels ranging from 44 feet to 110 feet. Albert was also a police officer, SWAT team member, instructor and translator for the City of Coral Gables. Since making the move across to luxury yachting, he has kept safety as his number one priority and ensures all his guests enjoy the highest level of service and professionalism. Albert has been actively working in the marine field for over 25 years with special severe weather training.
While his heart is with the sea, he calls the Miami area home and spends all of his free time with his two daughters volunteering at their school and scouts.
Charin Ojeda - Chief Stewardess
Charin is from the capital of Venezuela where she study Design. Three and half years ago she moved to Miami and began to work in yachting. She progressed within the industry through word of mouth because she is a structured, hard working, polite and positive individual. Charin is the type of person who will only move on to the next task after the first task has been completed perfectly. Yachting professionals took a notice to Charin and her speedy perfectionism. Her yachting experience then became domino effect because every after every freelance yacht job she took Captains were eager to recommend her to other yachts in need of good help.
Jonathan K. Luszcz - Engineer / Deckhand
Jonathan currently holds the following certifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering (4 Year degree), • AEC, • Advanced Fire Fighting, • ENG 1, • Crowd Control, • Food Safety, • PADI Certified Diver. Jonathan has had a successful career on vessels ranging in sizes 54' ft up to 330ft. He speaks English as well as conversational Spanish and Polish.
Peter Bouchard - Chef
Living in Africa, Asia, studying at Boston University and the Euro Center in Paris, and working in San Francisco and Puerto Rico has exposed him to
the wonders of various regional and ethnic foods. This broad exposure continues to influence his passion. Delivering an exquisite
presentation using only fresh and seasonal ingredients, he brings out the best of each item letting the flavors speak for themselves.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
