Matko is a 200 ton qualified captain and experienced sailor. Growing up in Split Croatia. He navigated his way around Europe continuing his exploration in South East Asia and Caribbean. Where he for the last five years captained crewed yacht charters along with delivering yachts in between. Prior to settling he was delivering yachts and running charters around Mediterranean, Croatia, Italy, Greece, Turkey, France, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and all around Caribbean. Matko’s professional background assures calculated approach to sailing our performance cruising 64’ pocket super yacht. YachtMaster Offshore Commercially Endorsed MCA AEC, PBL2, STCW, ENG1.

I was born 1990. In Zagreb, Croatia and as long as I remember I was drawn towards the sea and yachts as my family would spend all of their holidays on the coast. Cooking was always my hobby as my mother is a chef. I was con-stantly surrounded by different cuisines, experimenting with recipes and developing some of my own. My favorites are local dishes based on fresh ingredients traditionally light seasoned as always say 'If you are given quality fresh ingredients, it's a shame to ruin authentic flavor with too much spice".
I have been working in the yachting industry for almost five years, which has taught me the importance of the guest and crew diet. It is crucial that the diet of the guests and crew is nutritionally well balanced. My food is always made with passion, love and care, when combined with my passion for nutrition and well-being, brings a lot to the table.
