Jure Skracic was born and raised in Murter, Croatia, where he graduated high school of Maritime. Afterwards he graduated at Faculty of Maritime Studies in Zadar. Jure started his carreer at his early ages. In his early 20-ties, he was employeed as a cadet in Italy and later in Montenegro. In 2007 Jure started being a skipper and sailed over many waters. He is well familiar with yacht maintenance as he was a base manager in 2010 in Marina Mandalina, Croatia, for the charter company Jedrenje d.o.o.
Jure holds Yachtmaster (A Category) licence, and certifications related to (Fire Fighting, fire prevention, elementary first aid and many others). He is fluent in English and knows the basics of German language as he finished the A2 course in private school.
Interest in food and cooking started at my very early age, where the most memorable and happy time from the childhood were linked with food and kitchen.
As an entrepreneur she has been passionately pursuing her career since she was 15 and graduating at the Faculty of Mediterranean Agriculture, gave her more insight and knowledge about the food itself. In her early 30’s she was a tavern “Skalinada” manager which helped me to understand more restaurant background.
In 2011 SrÄana applied to the culinary show “Masterchef” in Zagreb and won the 2nd place after 4 months duration. Literally it changed her life. Since then, she worked as a chef on board, private chef in villas, running cooking classes and lots of projects and events involving food and wine. Her free time she loves to spend with her 7yr old daughter, enjoying sports, travelling and spending quality time with family and friends, cooking of course.
Paola Marotti was born in 1996 in Zagreb and ever since childhood her curious nature has prompted her to broaden both experience and knowledge in most various fields. In 2013 as a passionate skier she obtained a diploma of ski instructor: by teaching both children and adults to ski she learned how to be responsible and caring yet playful and easy-going.
Next challenge she took on was seemingly quite the opposite, all the same the one enabling her to enjoy the nature and people in the summertime: so, becoming a skipper was the obvious choice. As a keen cook able to prepare delicious meals of most various cuisines (conventional, vegan, vegetarian, allergy-friendly), she rounded it up with a natural companion to every tasty nibble: knowledge of wine and food pairing – sommelier know-how. Apart from officially obtained knowledge and certificates her general human traits are also well worth mentioning; she is a fast learner, customer focused, detail oriented, well groomed, always smiling, respectful and eager to provide our guests with the best service possible.
WHAT MAKES HER HAPPY BESIDES MY WORK, SEA & BOATS: In her free time, she likes to slackline, windsurf and hike: actually, everything that gets her adrenaline going. Paola’s first language is Croatian, she is fluent in English, her
command of German is very good, and she can communicate a bit in Italian.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
