Brief
Captain - Dimitris Lambros
Captain Dimitris was born in 1965 in Greece and holds a Captain class A’ diploma as well as certificates for Ro-Ro passenger vessels, SSO, CSO, ARPA, lifesaving & firefighting, and medical care. For the last 28 years Dimitris has been at sea onboard cargo vessels and tankers, and entered the yachting industry in 1991 on sailing yachts & motor yachts. His vast experience, seamanship skills and knowledge ensure safety for all onboard and an excellent charter experience of his guests. Dimitris is highly reliable, motivated and has a strong passion for the sea! He is married with two daughters and speak English.
Chief Steward – Panayiotis Psarommatis
Panayiotis has been a steward on luxury yachts since 1984, providing the utmost service for his guests onboard, always exceeding expectations. He has carried out numerous seminars on health and safety regulations for different kinds of cuisines and also holds a Certificate Steward Class A’ certificate. Panayiotis has excellent organizational skills, and is a friendly character, always a pleasure to be around him. He is married with two children, speaks fluent English & Spanish, and on his free time he enjoys travelling and reading literature.
Chef Christos Aronis
Christos was born in 1992, and has excelled very quickly into becoming a head Chef! His strong dedication and passion combined with his hard work and creativity lead Christos to become a professional, exercising his expertise onboard for his guests to enjoy. After graduating from Le Monde in 2012, Christos worked in five-star restaurants until he finally decided to move his career to the yachting industry. Christos is also specialized in pastries, and has a weakness for adding his personal touch to his creations! On his free time, he enjoys swimming, reading and of course experimenting in the kitchen. Christos speaks English and basic French.
Sailor - Panagiotis Psaromatis
Panagiotis is a friendly and warm individual, who loves to be at sea! He was born in 1993 in Athens, and is an able seaman with a high sense of responsibility and abides to all safety regulations ensuring a secure trip for all on board. He is very helpful and cheerful and offers all his knowledge and experience to his guests. A wonderful asset to the crew, Nikos is young and full of energy enabling all works to be done successfully.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
