Wyvern is our new Bavaria C57 - the perfect luxury sailing yacht. Built in 2018 and launched in Greece in 2019, Wyvern's home port is on the island of Lefkas with the stunning Southern Ionian to explore. With the season running from April until November, we are ready to host you as a couple, family or group. With her pioneering design and exceptional sailing performance, your stay on board this yacht is sure to be unforgettable. With the flexible option of a 4/5 cabin layout, 3 heads and a self-contained skipper's cabin in the bow, there is plenty of space on board for up to a group of 11 plus skipper. The huge king forward cabin can be split into two to create two smaller doubles if you desire. The aft queen cabins are light and airy and the twin bunk cabin is a great feature. On deck, she boasts huge sunbathing cushions for the coachroof and foredeck, a roomy cockpit with twin tables and plenty of seating under the shade of the bimini. The twin steering positions and sheets leading back to the helms make this yacht easily manageable for the crew of 2. Your Skipper and Hostess have been sailing in the Ionian for many years and look forwards to welcoming you on board and sharing their knowledge of sailing, the islands and Greek culture with you. If you want to sit back, relax and hop from island to island in luxury, then prepare to be amazed by Wyvern. Equally, if you fancy getting stuck in with the sailing, maybe learning the ropes, then your Skipper will be very glad to teach you along the way! The captain of Wyvern for the 2021 season is Tom. The captain may be changing for the 2022 summer season.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
