A cruise of the Amazon Rain forest is a sublime journey into the heart of most bio diverse place on the planet. Crucero Amazonas has four decks in which you can find the suites, a dining room, an entertainment area and an open-air observation deck, ideal for those passengers who want to enjoy the sun and a panoramic view of the natural environment. Crucero Amazonas can accommodate 26 passengers in spacious and luxurious suites, all of which are finished in natural wood and feature panoramic views of the Amazon River and Forest. Accommodations
Prestige Suite is 48 sq.m. room located on the second floor, located in the upper deck, this suite has a classic design inspired by the first vessels that explored the Amazon. It has a semicircular shape and inclined floor. Passengers can enjoy a king size bed. high quality sheets, pillows and robes (100% Peruvian pima cotton), bed skirt with Amazonian designs, two night stands, a coffee table, a sofá, two floor lamps, chairs, a double-functioning table (bar or desk), a frigobar, a coffee maker, a glass washer, a safe, an ample closet, his and her sinks, a private bathroom with Spanish shower, toiletries (100% organic soap, shampoo and creams), curtains, intercom system and two A/C units. The Prestige Suite has two panoramic windows (180 degrees) and the best location and finishes to enjoy a splendid stay. 1 king bed and 1 single.
Luxury Rooms, 33 sq.m. room located in the main and upper deck, these suites have a classic design and inclined floor. Passengers can enjoy a queen size bed. high quality sheets, pillows and robes (100% Peruvian pima cotton), bed skirt with Amazonian designs, two night stands, a coffee table and two chairs, a desk and a chair, a safe, an ample closet, a private bathroom with Spanish shower, toiletries (100% organic soap, shampoo and creams), curtains, intercom system and two A/C units. The Standard Suites have panoramic windows (90 degrees) to enjoy the view of the river and have a capacity for two people per suite.

Captain: Richard Peso Mozambite was born in Yurimaguas, Peru in 1960. He has studied at Miguel Grau Institute at the Navy. He has 40 years of experience working as a Captain in important companies in the region, such as Mapesa, TRIMASA, FRAMSA and now at Rivers & Forest Expeditions since January, 2019
Executive Chef Giancarlo Regalado
Leading the innovative culinary team at R & F Expeditions is Executive Chef Giancarlo Regalado, a graduate from D’Gallia Culinary Institute. Before joining us at R & F, Giancarlo has held the position of chef in prestigious restaurants both in Peru and Argentina. He has spent a decade doing research on ingredients from the Peruvian Amazon, which has allowed him to discover a variety of new flavors, optimizing food resources as well as preserving nutritional value.
Giancarlo works side-by-side with R & F to promote environmental conservation and social contribution in the most vulnerable areas of the Loreto region, with a focus on preserving cooking traditions and cultural heritage of the local ethnic minorities.

Our talented team on board is comprised of four bilingual tour guides and integrated group of professionals with vast experience in cruise ships, cuisine, on-board services, food and beverages, housekeeping and technical operations. Furthermore, we have paramedics and permanent security.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
