BRENT MARKS | CAPTAIN | AMERICAN
Captain Brent is a born and raised South Floridian who has spent his entire life on the water. His training began as a child from his father who was a Swordfish “The Perfect Storm” Captain who turned superyacht Captain 22 years ago. In turn yachting became a family affair, with his younger brother being a Chief Officer on a superyacht and younger sister and her husband being a captain and stewardess as well, and Brent met his wife Sarah on a yacht, who was also a stewardess. He has over 13 years of superyacht experience, traveling extensively around the world by water multiple times over. Guest and crew safety is always Captain Brent's highest priority and he knows The Bahamian waters like the back of his hand and will always be sure to find the most amazing, breathtaking spots The Bahamas has to offer. Brent calls Deerfield Beach home with his wife and 3 yr old daughter Adaline. In his leisure time, you will likely find Brent with his family cruising the Florida waterways aboard their beautifully restored classic 1978 Seacraft “Add A Line”, named after their daughter. Captain Brent looks forward to welcoming you and your guests aboard R&R and will undoubtedly ensure you will have nothing, but the best R&R yachting has to offer.
STEVIE ANDREWS | MATE & FISHING BOAT CAPTAIN | AMERICAN

Now sit back and enjoy a cocktail and relax as Stevie plans your next fishing excursion or perfect beach day.
ELIZABETH ZYLKA | FREELANCE CHEF | AMERICAN
Chef Liz is ready to whisk you away on a culinary adventure. Originally from the plains of the Midwest US, Elizabeth is most often found in her natural habitat, the galley! She describes her style as American Fusion/New American, and loves putting her own twist on classic dishes you know well. Elizabeth was classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Seattle, WA, and spent the first 7 years of her career in California and Ohio at multiple AAA 4-Diamond establishments. Always looking for a new challenge she decided to test the waters down in Florida and is loving life with the ocean right outside the galley window. As we cruise the pristine Bahama waters, be sure to bring Elizabeth your latest catch from your fishing expedition, and she can fry, grill, and sashimi your prize however and whenever you desire. Cooking for others is her main passion, and she loves to discuss recipes, cooking shows, and how her travels inspire her take on global cuisine. When she is outside the kitchen she enjoys communing with nature, biking or hiking, working out with hot yoga or the gym, and reading a good book. Chef can't wait to share her love for food with you as you relax in the sun and enjoy paradise!
MARIJA MARTENS | CHIEF STEW | MACEDONIAN

Marija worked her way up to chief stew in no time at all, and ever since Marija has been sharing her loyalty, enthusiasm, hard work, charisma, and positive energy with both the crew and the guests. You will always be greeted by her smiling face, and prepare to be blown away by her amazing cocktails. Marija loves hiking, traveling and catching up with her friends on a beautiful sandy beach. Rate Terms:
Inclusions and exclusion are not standardized across the different yachts, with each offering slightly different terms. Please contact us for a proposal that details the yacht’s availability and individual pricing based on the number of guests in your party, as well as the list of the inclusions and exclusions for that particular yacht.
This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance
(APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for
sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The
APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions,
fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's
behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the
account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used
will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have
exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the
outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The
APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
