The 111.5-foot (34m) XANADU has been fully refitted over a two-year period to the highest of standards. Relaunched November 2021, all machinery has been completely overhauled, exterior has been resprayed in a stylish 'Whisper-Grey' shade, she's been fitted with new teak decks and all systems have been upgraded. Her fresh, new exterior furnishings, updates to the interior and functional lay-out allow for sophisticated entertaining, socializing and dining. The yacht's timelessly elegant interior showcases rich high-gloss cherry woods and plush furnishings, to create a stylish and welcoming ambiance. The formal dining is uniquely located aft of the main salon, offering guests a wonderful dining experience while enjoying exceptional views. XANADU welcomes eight guests in four luxurious staterooms. Her full-beam, main-deck master suite is fitted with a skylight to dazzle stargazers and includes a private office with optional sofa bed for an additional guest. The master has a king-size bed and lavish en-suite bathroom with gold-plated fittings. The stately yacht’s additional three spacious double-bed staterooms located on the lower deck, are complete with their own en-suite bathrooms. Motor yacht XANADU’s flybridge provides space for yoga sessions, massage, and lounging with family and friends. Complete with a bar, barbeque, sun pads, alfresco dining and sensational views of the cruising destination, everyone will enjoy time spent on deck. To further unwind, XANADU features a sauna on the lower deck, providing leisurely relaxation. Her wide range of water toys include two underwater scooters, Yamaha FX Cruiser and an inflatable dock with netted pool. XANADU is equipped with stabilizers ensuring a comfortable time on board. XANADU's cruising locations in SE Asia include Thailand, Malaysia. From June to October she may be available the Anambas Islands of Indonesia upon request, conditions permitting.

Available in Thailand, Malaysia and the Anambas Islands of Indonesia, XANADU accommodates 9 guests in 4 luxurious staterooms. Her full-beam, main-deck master is fitted with a skylight to dazzle stargazers, and includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with gold-plated fixtures, and a private study with an additional sofa bed for a 9th guest. The VIP and additional two double staterooms, are located on the lower deck, and complete with their own en-suite bathroom.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
