ROB CROCKER | CAPTAIN
Rob Crocker started boating and windsurfing at a young age and his passion for the water and boats grew through the years. Once Rob finished high school, he moved to the US Virgin Islands seeking work in the charter boat industry. He diligently worked his way from deck hand to Captain. He has worked on virtually every type of watercraft including sailboats, powerboats, tall ships, watersport boats and commercial vessels.
As a yacht captain, he’s had the pleasure of traveling to many places including the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the Mediterranean, Alaska, the Great Lakes, both entire US Coasts, and both Canadian Coasts. When not working, Rob can still be found in the water scuba diving and windsurfing. While on shore, Rob enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and dogs.
As Captain on M/Y Money for Nothing, Rob is committed to giving guests the best possible experience and looks forward to welcoming you aboard soon.

RYAN BRADLEY | FIRST MATE
Ryan Bradley loves traveling, meeting new people and being of service so it only made sense that he would find his way to the yachting industry. Ryan started in the industry as a marine diesel tech in his home town of Fort Lauderdale FL, but quickly found he was wanting to travel with the boats he was working on. He set his sights on attaining a Captain’s license and now holds a 200ton MCA license.
Ryan had worked with Captain Rob Crocker on a previous charter yacht and happily accepted the opportunity to work with him again. He now serves as Mate/Engineer on M/Y Money for Nothing. Together they focus on creating fun, memorable and always safe experiences for their guests. During his off-time, Ryan likes to stay active with mixed martial arts, all kinds of waters sports and traveling.

SCOTT GALLEGOS | CHEF
Scott Gallegos is the chef onboard M/Y Money For Nothing. Scott is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After graduation, he moved to Italy where he trained in Tuscany, before returning to his home town of Washington, DC. Scott began working in the some of the city’s best restaurants under James Beard award winning chefs, where he developed a passion for farm to table food and locally sourced ingredients. In 2011, he moved to Miami, Florida where he fell in love with Latin cuisine. He believes in cooking with bold flavors and bringing joy through food. His dishes often invoke the flavors of Italy, Argentina, Spain, Cuba, and The American South. His favorite meal is a traditional asado cooked over an open fire and shared with friends

CATALINA UPEGUI | CHIEF STEWARDESS
Catalina was born and raised on a coffee farm in the Mountains in Antioquia, Colombia.
Despite having grown up in the mountains, she has always loved the ocean. Catalina joined the yachting industry after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design and Interior Commercial Design.
She has now been in yachting just over three years and loves it for the challenge, variety, and adventures it offers as well as all of the incredible people she has been lucky to meet.
In her spare time she enjoys art and crafts, dancing, yoga, biking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Catalina is passionate about her job, and she takes great care in ensuring that her guests have a sensational experience and she hopes to make your stay with us a memory of a life time.

Rate Terms:

Inclusions and exclusion are not standardized across the different yachts, with each offering slightly different terms. Please contact us for a proposal that details the yacht’s availability and individual pricing based on the number of guests in your party, as well as the list of the inclusions and exclusions for that particular yacht.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:

Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.

Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
