Whether you are in the balmy blue waters of the Bahamas or taking in the sights of the New England coastline, you are sure to have a perfect vacation. Her fun contemporary interior is complemented by lustrous wood finishes and fresh neutral fabrics. Accommodations include four comfortable staterooms all with crisp hotel linens and their own ensuite bathrooms. Two full-service bars and several dining options offer plenty of choices for entertaining friends and family. In addition to her Jacuzzi and Hydraulic Swim Platform, QTR features stabilizers both at anchor and underway to keep you comfortable. She is loaded with toys including a 35’ Scout tow tender with Seakeepers for a smooth and stable ride, Sea Bobs, e-foils and more for lots of fun on the water. Her wonderful crew provides top-notch service and delicious, elegant cuisine created by Chef Brittany Garcia. Fresh from a 2021/2022 refit which included new artwork, soft goods, new AV system, and full mechanical overhaul QTR is ready for her day in the sun. Rob Crocker | CAPTAIN
Rob Crocker started boating and windsurfing at a young age and his passion for the water and boats grew through the years. Once Rob finished high school, he moved to the US Virgin Islands seeking work in the charter boat industry. He diligently worked his way from deck hand to Captain. He has worked on virtually every type of watercraft including sailboats, powerboats, tall ships, watersport boats and commercial vessels. As a yacht captain, he’s had the pleasure of traveling to many places including the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the Mediterranean, Alaska, the Great Lakes, both entire US Coasts, and both Canadian Coasts. When not working, Rob can still be found in the water scuba diving and windsurfing. While on shore, Rob enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and dogs. As Captain on M/Y QTR, Rob is committed to giving guests the best possible experience. Rob looks forward to welcoming you aboard soon.
Ryan Bradley | FIRST MATE
Ryan Bradley loves traveling, meeting new people and being of service so it only made sense that he would find his way to the yachting industry. Ryan started in the industry as a marine diesel tech in his home town of Fort Lauderdale FL, but quickly found he was wanting to travel with the boats he was working on. He set his sights on attaining a Captain’s license and now holds a 200ton MCA license. Ryan had worked with Captain Rob Crocker on a previous charter yacht and happily accepted the opportunity to work with him again. He now serves as Mate/Engineer on M/Y QTR. Together they focus on creating fun, memorable and always safe experiences for their guests. During his off-time, Ryan likes to stay active with mixed martial arts, all kinds of waters sports and traveling.
Kendra Costello | CHIEF STEWARDESS
Kendra is a military girl who, despite moving around a lot, calls Virginia home. Her love for travel makes yachting the perfect career for her. While being a professional bartender, she met many yacht crew and was able to transition her hospitality skills into a successful career on the water. When not at work on the boats, you can find Kendra traveling to her favorite place, the Outer Banks, planning trips to see her family or cooking up great food in the nearest kitchen or galley!
Brittany Garcia | CHEF
Chef Brittany Garcia is a highly skilled luxury chef from Virginia Beach. Chef Garcia began her culinary career attending Johnson and Wales University. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Food Service Administration with a Minor in Wines and Spirits, Chef Garcia is well-versed in fine drinks and dining. Her yachting experience began formal training at the Mid Atlantic Maritime Academy. Her worldly background in culinary arts has taken her across the globe with a focus on Italian food. Having cooked her way through places like Florence, Rome, and Sicily, Chef Garcia brings more than just delicious food to the table. In her spare time, she enjoys being in nature. Whether she's paddleboarding, hiking, or surfing, her passion and talents have brought her to the world of yachting.
Charlie Rose Pharr | DECK/STEW
Originally from Shelby, North Carolina, Charlie Rose may be small but don’t underestimate her determination and grit. New to the yachting industry Charlie Rose grew up fishing on the east coast with her family in their Grady White and exploring the BVI’s and the Bahamas on Power Cats. She loves to learn and travel and one day hopes to join the ranks of female Captains in the Industry. In her free time, she loves Cross Fit, swimming, boat rides, and beach days. Her newfound special talent is that she can crawl into small spaces on boats.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
