The guest accommodation is unique for this size yacht: 4 cabins, each with en-suite shower rooms!
Master stateroom
Located on the lower deck, the master stateroom is full beam and boasts very large windows allowing plenty of light when needed and an incredible view at water level.
- Queen size bed (200 x 160 cm) with reading lights and bedside tables with storage.
- 2 seats & 1 table next to the window. The table turns into a dressing table. It can also be used as a small desk.

VIP stateroom
The VIP stateroom is located at the bow of the yacht, lower deck. Full beam, the comfortable cabin offers great comfort with a private en-suite shower room.

Aft main deck
- The aft table sits comfortably 8 guests on a couch for 6 and 2 foldable chairs.
- A sink and fridge
- Access to the sundeck by a staircase that can be lit up in the evening and 2 access ways to the swim platform.
- A hydraulic gangway allows on starboard easy disembarkation on the quay.
- 2 side doors allow guests to disembark when the yacht is docked side-to.
- 3 part sliding door (manual) gives access to the main salon.
- The entertainment is organized through a FUSION sound system and 2 loud speakers allowing guests to connect their phones via Bluetooth.
- The captain will be able to use a third stern station to dock the yacht.
Swim platform
The swim platform is located aft and can be accessed by 2 staircases from the aft main deck. The hydraulic system allows the platform to sink in the sea and launch the tender in a few minutes.
2 underwater spotlights will provide a magical atmosphere in the evening. 2 spotlights can light up the entire platform.
A hot/cold shower is available to wash out the salt on your body after swimming.
A retractable ladder allows easy access to the water.
Salon on main deck
The salon on the main deck welcomes you with plenty of light tanks to her large side windows and sliding door.
As one enters into the salon the 6-seater and 2-seater sofas surround a coffee table.
A retractable TV (LG 4K, 43-inch with BOSE sound bar) is located on starboard and faces the main sofa.
As we move towards the bow, a glass table (181 x 86 cm) sits 8 guests for inside dining.
Opposite from the dining table is the fully equipped galley and bar.
Further forward, the helms station with state-of-the-art navigation equipment is located on starboard, opposite from a small seating area, confortable for 4 guests, ideal for playing cards or having a coffee.

Sundeck
The sundeck on SOLSTICE is one of the largest of its category and benefits from the fact that the tender is stored on the swim-platform.
There is ample seating area:
- 2 small coffee tables (75 x 40 cm) with comfortable seating for 6 to 8 guests.
- A table (2 x 1 m) for 8 to 9 guests
- A sun-bathing pad for 2/3 guests next to the fly bridge.
It is also very well equipped for comfort and entertainment:

NICOLAS BERARD, French
Captain Nicolas was born in Cannes and loves nautic sports since his youngest age. He is in the yachting industry since many years and he has got a federal windsurfing monitor since 1996. Passionate about the sea and boats, he got a very good knowledge of the French Riviera, its different anchorages and he can take you to many very nice restaurants out there. Nicolas likes skiing, snowboarding, VTT, kitsurfing

Inclusions and exclusion are not standardized across the different yachts, with each offering slightly different terms. Please contact us for a proposal that details the yacht’s availability, individual pricing based on the number of guests in your party and particular dates, as well as the list of the inclusions and exclusions for that particular yacht.
This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
