CAPTAIN: Christophe RICCIO
French, 43 years old
Spoken languages: French, English & Italian fluent
Christophe is an experienced captain who has worked in the yachting industry since 2001 as captain both on private and charter yachts from 44 to 105 feet. Since 2001, he has sailed all across the Mediterranean Sea, from Spain to Greece. His extensive knowledge about the French Riviera, Corsica and Sardinia is top notch. Christophe spent 16 years working between those three last areas, which is a great advantage for those who wish to charter these well-known destinations, to get advices on the on-land restaurants, shops and bars or maybe to discover secluded beaches and creeks along the coastline. Guests on board are also guaranteed to be in good hands as Christophe also acquired many certifications in fire fighting, medical training and in rescue.
As hobbies, Christophe likes to do sports, among those, his favourites are swimming, snowboarding and pedal tennis.
Chef: Sonia De Rada Diz
French, 41 years old
Spoken languages: Spanish, English fluent; French, Italian basic
Sonia started to work in the yachting industry back in 2003 as a Stewardess. Her will to become a chef slowly started to grow and she became a Cook/Stewardess in 2007 from where she spent 8 years in charge of the provisioning and developing menus for the owners and guests. Sonia embarked on M/Y MICHAELA ROSE (49 meters) as a Sous Chef/Crew Chef while travelling the world on this busy private yacht. She developed her skills and menus for the crew members and helped the chef with the preparation for the guests. She, then, worked as Sole Chef on several yachts from 2017 until 2020, creating customized menus according to the preferences and special diets. Sonia has built up along the years numerous certifications around the Asian culture, especially with Thai and Japanese food which fits perfectly her passion to work with fresh sea
First Mate: Theo YOB 1998 French
Theo speaks French and English fluently. Theo joined yachting two years ago. He has already a good experience working on Feadship and Sunseeker both private and charter. Before joining the yachting he was working as an electrician, Theo will always find a solution onboard thanks to his technical knowledge. Theo is also a volunteer firefighter, he works with the firefighters in his spear time, and has a good education in the profession. Thanks to this he is a very good asset onboard for all safety and health issues.
In his free time Theo loves sport, running boxing and cross fit.
Stewardess : Calypso Barreteau YOB 1988 French
Calypso has a long experience in the yachting. She has been sole stewardess or ch Stewardess the last 7 years on 30-45 meter yachts, both private and charter. She speaks fluent French and English. She is very hands on always with a big smile. Very keen to make sure every details are perfect onboard. She has spent the last 10 years winters in Bali managing a tourist agency on the island. She is comfortable taking responsibility and handle all nationalities.
In her free time she loves culture, photography, cinema, music and theater. She is a big traveler and enjoys discover new places all around our beautiful planet.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
