CAPTAIN EMMANUEL TOURET:
Emmanuel was born in Normandy (France), where he was raised by a sailing family. So it comes as no suprise that sailing is in his blood. He started sailing at 6 years old and it has become his biggest passion !
Emmanuel has been working in the yacht industry all his life and build up a great skill set and network. He is known to be a responsible, respectable and professional captain. He acquired his international French yacht master in 2006 and a transatlantic crossing brought him over to the West Indies where he sailed from Grenada to the BVI.
After many years of working as a professional captain on charter boats, having participated in many races and regattas, Emmanuel knows every little aspect about yachting. So rest assured, Captain Emmanuel sails around with great confidence and will keep you safe in all weather conditions !
CHEF CELINE PRIVE:
Celine grew up close to La Rochelle, a nice small harbor in France. When she got older, she moved to Ibiza to pursue a career as masseuse. While in Ibiza she did not only fall in love with a captain but also life at sea. She made a big career change and started a new chapter of her life with a new job as hostess and moved to Saint Martin.
Her passion for cooking comes from her mother and ever since she was a little child, she loved to be in the kitchen. Her parents owned a restaurant where she helped out since she was 8 years old. She loves fresh herbs and good products, and she knows like no other how to transform it into delicious meals. Besides cooking and sailing, Celine loves traveling, climbing, snorkeling and to meet people from different cultures.
Celine is very caring and will help you with anything she can. Don’t worry about making your own drinks, Celine loves to mix some nice cocktails for you. She is also great with children and hopes to have some of her own one day. With Celine as your hostess, you will be greeted with many smiles every day!
