On the main deck the magnificent, full beam master suite sets the standard for the remaining five staterooms, boasting a separate seating area and a stunning bathroom lavishly decorated in onyx and marble. A fully integrated audio-visual system supplies all the cabins with an impressive selection of entertainment options. The yacht's sundeck is a highlight of the design and incorporates a Jacuzzi pool surrounded by sun pads and loungers, a bar and two tables for informal, alfresco meals, allowing guests to drift through the day enjoying the finest cuisine and service in great privacy. The upper deck offers a great alfresco dining option with seating for up to 16 guests around a beautiful oval teak table with removal leaves to create a more intimate dining experience. This deck also hosts the yachts gym equipment, which consists of a running machine, recumbent bike, training bench and weights. The bimini shade offers protection for maximum comfort. Mosaique’s stabilisers underway and at anchor make being at sea or anchoring in idyllic, secluded spots comfortable and relaxing and with a choice to zip ashore for lunch or water ski with one of the yacht’s two tenders. CAPTAIN: Wayne Dexter - British

Wayne has a wealth of experience at sea working on both private and charter yachts worldwide.
He started his career in yachting 22 years ago. His keen talent and passion led to him to complete his Unlimited Officer of the Watch. Wayne has a long list of prior yachts including M/Y Axioma, M/Y Cakewalk, M/Y Vibrant Curiosity and M/Y Galaxy.
Wayne has a professional and enthusiastic attitude with great leadership qualities which motivate a team to provide a six-star service for guests, enhancing the yachts reputation in the process.
In his spare time Wayne enjoys running a hobby that keeps him fit, healthy and relaxed along with reading, mountain biking and walking in the country. While on leave Wayne doesn’t stop or slow down but spends his time with his wife renovating properties and walking his dogs.

CHEF: Lorena Campo - Colombian
Lorena hails from Colombia and has benefited from rigorous chef training in international environments in Buenos Aires, Puerto Rico, Barcelona and New York.
A self-confessed “ambitious entrepreneur” Lorena recently broke into the yachting industry in the pursuit of furthering her culinary repertoire and her broadening spirit of adventure.
She explains that her experience catering for high-net worth individuals has taught her attention to detail and given her confidence to personalize taste preferences and craft tailor-made menus to guest requirements.
Flexible and international is the name of the game when referring to Lorena’s style of cookery as she can turn her hand to a plethora of variations to suite requirements of gluten-free, vegan, plant based, kosher and keto.
Lorna is delighted to be working in the fast-paced environment as part of the vibrant Mosaique crew!

Alyona has over 9 years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess on both private and charter yachts and has travelled all over the world doing so! Not only this, but she is also a qualified pharmacist. With exceptional knowledge in wine, cocktails and cigars – all attributes that have helped her move up the ranks in the career that has given her endless satisfaction so far.
Over the years, Alyona has accrued a wealth of hospitality knowledge and being a vital team player has been her motto from the start. Her confidence and skill-sets are things she likes to share, and she has ease in teaching and guiding her fellow team members.
In her spare time Alyona, loves sports, reading, travel and yoga.

Adventure loving Claire confesses to be a natural all-rounder, highly experienced in both charter and private yachts sail and motor! She has 2 Atlantic crossings under her belt and is proud to say has never been seasick!
Passionate about all things associated to the ocean, sailing and water sports, Claire has a keen interest in environmental awareness, plastic pollution and marine wildlife preservation.
On board Claire loves to take charge of “table scaping” and themed events, meanwhile when free time calls, she likes to keep fit with trail running, hiking and when possible, watersports, yoga and meditation.
Fun fact: Previously, radio broadcasting was a huge part of Claire’s life and she still holds a strong love for this medium of communication.

Roxanne is a very positive, vibrant and energetic soul who loves the outdoors and ocean. She studied Design in Cape Town South Africa and loves anything to do with art and fashion. She joined this exciting industry to be able to meet new people and travel the world. She is a qualified Yoga Instructor and on her off days enjoys keeping active by running, hiking and painting.
STEWARDESS: Elena Oprea – Romanian

Eight years in the yachting industry on board a variety of private and charter motor yachts, have tought Elena confidence and success in all aspects of the interior department.
Elena describes her approach as very hands on and is always to keen to help others by sharing her knowledge where necessary.
Working long summer seasons have brought her to realize how much she enjoys the outdoors and her love for fitness, meaning that when time allows, Elena enjoys physical activities such as running, beach volleyball, swimming and working out, which she believes is great tonic for body and mind! At low energy moments, Elena can be found reading and exchanging books with friends, or cooking healthy dishes.

Dave started his yachting career 8 years ago after studying Marine Biology and travelling the world life guarding. Growing up on the sea in Queensland, Australia and being an avid surfer it was a natural progression to spend life at sea. When Dave is not working he is often planning his
next trip snowboarding or surfing in remote locations around the world. If you need any swimming tips or lessons this is the guy to talk too.

CHIEF ENGINEER: Alberto López – Spanish
Alberto’s working career began on board merchant ships and before long he was attracted to the yachting industry. Fascinated by technology and yacht engines, he began studying for the various exams and accreditations and several years later, obtained his engineer's license. His most recent efforts have brought him to focus on expanding his knowledge in electricity, electronics, AV and IT systems – skills he says are currently indispensable on any modern yacht.
Alberto explains that his work ethics are versatile, and he likes to “work in different positions!” ð
A true engineer through and through – Alberto likes to see a job well done and a clean engine room!
When time and studies allow, he likes team sport and reading.

Ante admits that his solid background and his reputation as a dependable and a hands-on crew member with a can-do attitude, make him a vital team player and he is happy to join the vibrant crew on board Mosaique.

DECKHAND: Jonathan (Jack) Hunting

Jack started his career as a superyacht deckhand at the age of 18 whilst at university, squeezing in 3 whole summer seasons of daywork, temp and shipyard work between study time. Since finishing his studies in 2017 he has so far enjoyed three positions on private and charter
vessels run to impeccably high standards. Jack admits that starting his career at such a young age, has taught him the values of discipline,
interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour!
Jack’s hobbies predominantly revolve around water and boats, wakeboarding, water skiing, sailing, and kiteboarding. But he also has interests in skiing, rugby, and travel.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
