Other Green Initiatives
Rubicon has charcoal filtered Reverse Osmosis water which is high quality, and avoids all those plastic bottles. Rubicon has re-usable Tervis tumblers (instead of bottles) with a different marine animal on each one so easily identifiable. If you wish to "go green" and help the environment Rubicon is a good choice of charter yacht. No need for A/C as you can experience the breezes from the tradewinds as with open hatches and electric fans they are usually quite sufficient to keep you cool.

- How would you qualify skipper:Adam was very accommodating with our requests and very knowledgeable. He worked very hard to ensure our trip was special and memorable.
- How would you qualify rest of the crew:Sophie is an incredible baker. Her daily fresh breads were a treat! Her chicken was a little overcooked but overall great cook. Her fish dishes were also wonderful even the cracked conch which I had my doubts about.
- How would you qualify the yacht (comfort, features, general maintenance, etc):
- How would you qualify the itinerary:We missed a couple things due to the weather so it could not be helped.
- How would you qualify the sports and leisure activities/equipment on board:They need some additional floating devices.
- How would you qualify the food and drinks:See comments above regarding food. Adam could come up with a couple more daily drink specials. We are mostly a beer and wine group so we were happy.
- How would you qualify the entire experience of your trip:We had some rainy weather that put a damper on a couple days but it was of no fault to the crew.
