All cabins can be rearranged and combined to a variety of different layouts to specifically cater to the client's needs. Double cabins, twin cabins, triple cabins are all possible. In total, there are over 20 different layouts.

CAPTAIN: Paul Fraser (New Zealand)
Paul is originally from New Zealand and has a MCA Master 3000 Tons (class 4) and a wide experience in both sailing and motor superyachts including Imagine B - 34m M/Y Dubois and Bushido – 38m S/Y Modern Classic. He has been the captain of M/Y Quaranta since her launch and cruised the yacht with owners and guests on the Turkish Riviera last summer. Paul has a good understanding of what safety on a superyacht means and is keen to offer his guests a wonderful cruising experience.

CHIEF STEWARDESS: Eva Oplustilova (Czech)
Eva is a motivated, ambitious and passionate stewardess. Having worked in yachting industry since 2013, her goal has always been to become a complete professional. Eva has a positive and friendly personality. With such an approach, she can motivate people, solve problems with cool head or help to overcome hard times. She isn’t afraid to work hard and likes to do so with a good mood and smile. She is a great support of the crew and can work in team as well as on her own. Eva learns fast and knows how to adapt herself to new situations. With good communication abilities, she is reliable, direct and honest and never quits before the end of the season. She previously worked as sole stewardess on board M/Y ALEXANDRIA – 33m Ocea in West Med and Spain and on M/Y 2B– 28m Bandido.

STEWARDESS/DECKHAND: Ana Vanoli (Serbian)
Ana is an experienced stewardess, very self-motivated and with a great eye for detail. For the last three years she has worked as a seasonal stewardess.
Ana’s background in arts is reflected on her table decoration and flower arrangement which is very handy! She is an active sailor and has been part of race crews for both regattas and ARC.

CHEF: Dario Zelencic (Dario)
Dario is an educated hard working professional Head Chef who obtained his culinary degree as a Chef and MasterChef specialising in Seafood and fish, Thai, Japanese, Italian, French, Fusion, Meditation and Arab cuisine.
He has worked as a professional chef in the Yachting industry for over ten years cooking for high profile clients. His latest position was as Executive Chef on an 162m where amongst others he cooked vegetarian, vegan, kosher, Hallal and Middle eastern food.

CHIEF OFFICER: Pauline Bonnici (Maltese)
Pauline is from the Nautical Island of Malta and holds an unlimited Chief Officer certificate and has 10 years’ experience at sea in the commercial industry. She joined Quaranta in April 2016 and has been a dynamic and helpful team member ever since. Her experience has spanned container ship, square rigger passenger ship, ferry catamarans, Ro-Ro ferry Catamaran and Search and rescue. Pauline first discovered her passion for the Sea while Driving tenders and 6m Speed boats for daily charters to Comino or Gozo and giving jet-ski, crazy sofa and banana rides.

CHIEF ENGINEER: Krzysztof Piotrowski (Polish)
Kris was born in Poland, but speaks as well English, Italian and Russian.
He is a qualified Chief Engineer and has been working in the yachting industry for more than 20 years. He has a cruising experience in the Mediterranean Sea, United States, West Indies, China, Thailand, Pacific Ocean. He previously worked on M/V SANTANDREA – 30m Converted Tug Boat, M/Y NORTHERN LIGHT – 46m Feadship, M/Y Roma – 62m Viareggio Super Yachts, M/Y Amante - 45m Royal Denship.

Inclusions and exclusion are not standardized across the different yachts, with each offering slightly different terms. Please contact us for a proposal that details the yacht’s availability, individual pricing based on the number of guests in your party and particular dates, as well as the list of the inclusions and exclusions for that particular yacht.
This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
