GETAWAY is one of the best sailing yachts available for charter in the Eastern Mediterranean and offers great value for money. She offers tremendous amount of exterior space as result of her wide beam, uncluttered forward deck and conveniently large flybridge. Size of the cabins equal those found on much larger yachts and consist of one very large master cabin with a California King size bed and three other double guests cabins. The flexibility to convert the two twin cabins into King bed configurations make this vessel an ideal option for four couples or families with children. Light colour interior, all around windows in the saloon and natural light from the skylight in the corridor provides a very modern airy atmosphere. Comfortable dining is possible in the aft deck, salon and flybridge. All cabins and the salon are equipped with TVs and entertainment systems but there is even a fold down TV in the aft section to allow guests to enjoy their favourite programs al-fresco. There are plenty of games and water sports available on board to be enjoyed throughout a charter. The yacht performs very well under sail, meaning her guests can not only enjoy her modern comforts but also the wonderful feeling of gliding through the turquoise waters of the Med.
All cabins are en-suite, have 24 hour air-conditioning and heating which are individually controlled, full length mirrors, vanity tables with make-up mirror, reading lights, safes to lock away personal belongings, a full range of entertainment equipment such as DVD player, LCD screen HD televisions and connection to satellite TV. Every bathroom is equipped with a electric toilet and large showers with rain shower heads. Forward of the galley on the port side is the VIP cabin which sleeps two in a queen size bed. The starboard side houses two cabins which can be converted from twin to a king set up. The master cabin is found furthest forward and is abundantly spacious with large his and hers wardrobe, with ample space for hanging long summer dresses. Guests can sleep in comfort on the Californian king sized bed and enjoy the fresh outdoor air via the many portholes located in this cabin making sure they don't lose contact with the beautiful turquoise waters.

Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
