Raciel Feito is 57 years old, he comes from La Havana (Cuba).
He has 20 years of experience, he cruised all over Mediterranen Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, on board of catamarans, sailing yacht and private motor yachts.
He has been Captain in several yachts from 24 to 30 metres, “AlbertOne3”, Oyster 72’, “Billy Budd”, Oyster 72’, “Apotheose",
Ferretti motor yacht 68’. Mostly of the yachts were for charter so he has gained a good experience.
He has also experience as sailing instructor. Raciel has a good manner, polite and he is a good team worker.
He speaks Italian, English and he is Spanish mother language.

Silvia is 49 years old, she comes from a town near Milan and since she was young she is passionate about the sea.
Silvia worked as scuba diving instructor for several years and during one of her working travels she got the bug for sailing.
Silvia has also a passion for cooking and she decided to combine both. She has been a hostess-cook on several charter boats in Mediterranean sea and Bahamas, working on sailing yachts and catamarans.
Silvia loves to prepare Italian food and special meals for her guests. Recently she has done a further training having the pleasure to collaborate with the famous Italian food magazine 'La Cucina Italiana'.
Silvia is looking forward to have you onboard, preparing a variety of delicious dishes and making sure you spend a wonderful time on Quarta Santa Maria.

Andrea is 27 years old and born in Genoa, a maritime city by tradition. He has always had a passion for sailing and grew up in a Charter company and sailing school. He has been skipper on several yachts charter . Andrea is an enthusiast crew member an he will assist the Captain in his role of deckhand , tender driver , watersports activities. Andrea is a sailor instructor and he is ready to share his passion for sailing and the sea with the guests on board of QSM.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
