Captain | Dimitris Karavas
Captain Dimitris is a Greek native. He has graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Syros and holds a C’ Captain class diploma. Dimitris has many years of experience at sea, having taken part in a sailing race for the first time at the age of six; and he won the gold medal in World and European Championships at the Athens Eurolymp week. He offers an enthusiasm that blends well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. The captain takes great pride in creating tailor-made yacht charter experiences for each charter. He works closely with the chartering party to ensure that all their needs are met.
Chief Engineer | Stavros Pitlinger
Stavros has acquired an A’ Class STCW Engineer Diploma. He has experience with Bulk Carrier Vessels and now he is joying the yachting industry. He is very hard-working, meticulous, and always ready to lend a hand. He has a pleasant and responsible personality and ensures that every system works and is maintained to the highest standard for the safety of all guests. He can guarantee that your stay onboard will be comfortable and carefree. His interests include water sports and diving.
Chef | Stratos Spilidis
Stratos is a Greek native, he was born in Athens and has graduated from Le Monde.
Despite his young age, Stratos has been working in five restaurants both in Greece and in London. His love for the sea and travel brought him on board. Passionate about international tastes and learning new techniques to blend with traditional food, his creations will excite the palate. Stratos is looking forward to welcoming you aboard and to creating exceptional dishes to complement your incredible holiday on board Dinaia.
Deckhand | Stefanos Fakis
Stefanos is a Greek native who grew up by the Sea. He loves travelling and gaining new experiences. He is an able seaman with a high sense of responsibility and awareness and will be there to assist with a big smile on his face. He has completed all safety training. He plays an active role in launching and retrieving tenders, jet skis, and sea bobs. Stefanos is a hard-working, positive, and a reliable member of our team.
Chief Stewardess | Olena Skrypka
Elena was born in the Ukraine and has 5 years of yachting expirience. Her main motivation is her love for travelling and the Sea!
Elena always strives to provide the highest level of service for guests, combining her hospitality skills, with her enthusiasm & drive. She is detail-oriented, energetic with a positive attitude and ensures the right atmosphere and level of service is always met for each client. She has a high sense of responsibility and ability to multitask. Always cheerful and attentive with a willing and helpful manner; she aims to make the clients‘ experience unique and memorable.
Stewardess | Daria Kryshtal
Daria is motivated, hard-working, and open to new challenges. Her love for the sea and traveling in combination with her passion to offer impeccable services led her to the yachting industry. Now she’s looking forward to providing the highest level of service to ensure the guests have the best experience possible. She speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian. Daria is always approachable and cheerful and aims to elevate the guest’s experience.

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
