He held his last position for eight years, during which his has the opportunity, to learn, teach and enjoy his time at sea. Outside of yachting, Nicholas’ interests include modifying racing cars, building and restoration, researching renewable energy sources and lots more.

Hailing from Copenhagen in Denmark, Kasper is 30 years old and the chef on Firefly. An extremely passionate chef, his gastronomic influences come from all over the world with Mediterranean and of course Nordic influences. He specialises in food that is not only good for your body, but also your mind. Kasper has worked in restaurants in Copenhagen for over eight years, also previously working for the renowned private dining company, ChefMe. During his time at ChefMe he would tailor bespoke menus to clients’ preferences in their homes – this experience transfers perfectly to the yachting industry where he now creates bespoke menus to each party’s requirements.

In her spare time, she is a passionate surfer and snowboarder, and she also used to compete regularly in equestrian competitions. Throughout her career she has volunteered at hostels, shelters and travel companies which have taken her to over 20 different countries – her goal is to hit 50 countries by the time she turns 50! Chef - Kasper Kehler
Kasper Kehler, 30 year of age. I am from Copenhagen Denmark. I am a passionate Danish chef that likes to infuse flavours from all over the world. I have been working in restaurants in Copenhagen, Denmark for more than 8+ years and previously been part of the well known private dining experience company called ChefMe, at ChefMe we would tailor suit menus to clients preferences for the occasion, arrive at their home, set up shop in their kitchen and produce high class cuisine, serve the meals and clean up - leaving no trace that a few chefs has been in their kitchen. I specialize in good quality food that not just good for your body but for you mind as well. I like the idea of a dogme kitchen, meaning I do not limit myself to a specific cuisine but more get inspiration from other cuisines and tastes around the world - but with that said I do love my Mediterranean cuisine, and I lean on my Nordic roots quite a bit.
Stewardess - Kiara Bridge
Kiara Bridge, 21 from Whistler Canada British Colombia. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 8 years and yachting for 2 years. Over the past year I moved my home base to Antigua

I usually volunteer at hostels, shelters, and travel companies when I’m backpacking and have been to over 20 different countries in my 4 years of travelling with the goal to hit 50 by the time I turn 50.
I'm a very passionate patient young girl with nothing but positivity and love to give, sailing in the Med this year will be my first time, which brings me full of excitement as it is very different from the Pacific
Ocean. I’m here to give the best experiences to guests that are looking for adventures and a fun outlook on travel. looking very forward to meeting you all in the future.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
