Brief
Captain: Dimitris Doukas
Dimitris is a highly experinced captain with 29 years of sailing experience! He started sailing when he was only 19 years old as a combustion engineer, later on moving to the rank of Captain (Class C and then Class B) and has since then covered uncountable nautical miles in different vessels all over the world. He is professional, responsible and very knowlegdable about yachting, maintenance and costumer care service. He is the Captain of Entre Cielos since 2022 and enjoys the interaction with his crew and guests on board. He is enthusiastic, hard-working and a team player. He is happy to show the best places and most wonderful bays to his guests, providing together with his crew the most memorable sailing holidays! He speaks Greek and English.
Chef: Andreas Polirakis
Andreas was born in 1083 in Chania, in the beautiful island of Crete. His love for cooking and food, comfort kitchen and taking care of his family and friends, led him to study culinary art at the school of tourism professions in Heraklio, in Crete. Since then, 20 years have passed during which he was able to accumulate experience working as a chef and sous-chef in European, Italian, Mexican, Asian and of course Mediterranean and Greek cuisines in restaurants such as, “Nice and Easy” in Astera in Vouliagmenis, in Gyfada Golf Club of Athens, and in “Ark” in Glyfada which was awarded as the best restaurant of traditional Greek Food. He is adaptable, hardworking and open to new challenges! He wants to show his passion for Greek, traditional and fresh local cuisine to his international guests on board! Having followed also seminars about cheese and wine pairing, he has the overall knowledge to cater for his guests in the best way possible! He speaks Greek and English.
Chief Stewardess: Veronik Tsallis
Veronik was born and raised in Argentina from Greek and Argentinian parents. After receiving her degree in System Information Engineering, she decided not much after that she rather spends time with people than computers and tried her luck in the tourism industry. Over the years she has owned restaurants, apartments in the mountains and has therefore accumulated over 13 years of precious and useful experience in the tourism field and costumer care in many different positions and parts of the world. She is adaptable, hard-working and able to understand her guests’ needs. Only last year she joined Entre Cielos as hostess and organizer but after a successful season managed to move to the position of the chief stewardess. She is responsible, adventurous, caring and loves sailing! Her goal is to make her guests comfortable and feel at home on their adventure sailing trip on Entre Cielos!
She speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguése, and is finally learning Greek as well!
Stewardess: Anna Pamfili
Anna is a young, ambitious stewardess, that has tried many different jobs in her career but finally had to admit that the sea has the most attraction for her. Born in the island of Samos, Greece but growing up in Germany, she had to return to her roots and prepare for her new adventures as yachting stewardess. She has worked over the years successfully as manager, waitress, bartender, supervisor, customer service agent and housekeeping and was able to accumulate a wealth of knowledge in service, customer care and cultural understanding. She is very organized, hardworking and a fantastic team player, but doesn’t shy from making her own decisions when necessary. Anna has a positive attitude, is kind and very responsible. She has completed all her safety trainings for working on board, speaks German, Greek and English fluently and some basic Spanish. She is excited to join the team on Entre Cielos!
Engineer/Deckhand – Giorgos Paravatos
Giorgos was born in 1987 in Greece. He is happy to be on board Entre Cielos for yet another season! He is a trained engineer and started sailing in 2011. He is the proud holder of a motor and sailing boat license and he has absolved all the safety trainings necessary to work on board. He is an adaptable person with many skills and a great ability to problem solving! He works great in a team, is hard working, responsible and goes the extra mile for his guests and crew. He is cheerful, kind and always ready to assist his guests during their sailing trip. He speaks Greek and English fluently and is learning French now.

Inclusions and exclusion are not standardized across the different yachts, with each offering slightly different terms. Please contact us for a proposal that details the yacht’s availability, individual pricing based on the number of guests in your party and particular dates, as well as the list of the inclusions and exclusions for that particular yacht.
This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
