Captain - Ilias Villiotis (Greek)
Ilias was born in Piraeus in 1990. Sailing was always his passion and his ambition so from his early ages he was following motor yachts in the summer seasons. These voluntaries actions opened his horizons, made him achieve great experience at different positions and capable to rise at any challenge. After his graduation in theology he studied maritime education to accomplish his dream. Ilias has worked in many yachts such as M/Y B FLY, M/Y ASILOGISTO 3, M/Y BLU SKY and M/Y COOKIE. Furthermore, he has a variety of skills like voyage planning, crew and budget management, interaction with guests and tender operations. When not working, Ilias loves reading, cooking, fishing and exercising. He speaks English and Greek.
Chief Engineer - Giorgos Deligiannis (Greek)
Giorgos holds a certificate of Engineer CLASS A', Ship Security Officer (S.S.O.), Oil Tanker Safety, speedboat license operator. He commenced his service at sea in Cargo vessels from 1990 and in 2007 he joined the yachting industry. Moreover, Giorgos is a great asset to the team and guests will enjoy safely their vacation throughout Greek waters.
Chef - Andrei Bort (Moldavian)
Adrei was born in Moldavia. At the age of 10 he moved to Greece with his family where he first tried the Mediterranean cuisine. He has more than seven years of experience working as a private chef in yachts, villas and chalets. His mission is to offer nutritional and tasty food based on guests' preferences using the best ingredients. What is more, Andrei is a positive, multi-tasking and happy person. Furthermore, he has a lot of patience and respect. Chef Andrei caters to all dietary needs and is eager to work with guests to design menus to make their time aboard AQUILA exceptional.
Chief Stewardess - Katerina Loizou (Greek)
Katerina has a great experience in customer service and hospitality. She pays great attention to detail and is able to manage many things simultaneously.
Stewardess - Gabriella Charm
Gabriella is very professional, with excellent organizational skills, team attitude and proactive thinking. She is very kind and her first priority is customer care and hospitality, so m/y AQUILA's guests have a beautiful charter experience. Furthermore, she is excellent at taking care of the clients and her top priority is to pamper the guests.

Inclusions and exclusion are not standardized across the different yachts, with each offering slightly different terms. This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
