CAPTAIN GREIG LLOYD
Captain Greig was born in Johannesburg South Africa started in the industry in 2016. On a 50m+ charter boat M/Y Kanaloa based out of the Mediterranean as a deck engineer. Spending his earnings on doing courses to learn more and understand more he moved quickly up into a CO role on M/Y Sealyon in 2019 which was based out of Albany Bahamas. Shortly after in 2020 Greig got his first command on a 80ft Hatteras also based out of Albany and hasn’t looked back since, captaining vessels in the 80ft -140ft range.
Having traveled extensively in the Mediterranean including Croatia, Greece, SOF, Italy, and Spain along with the Caribbean, Bahamas and USA est coast. Totaling a number of Atlantic crossings both under sail and power of 5 times, he brings an abundance of experience for a Captain of his age and stories that could be that of a future best seller novel.
Greig is confident and passionate about his work and continuously strives to make each guest's experience aboard the vessel safe and memorable in every way
