During Francisco's 25 year career, he has traveled to the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas and US East Coast; aboard various private and charter vessels. As well as overseeing refit projects and the construction of a 40 meter Sunseeker in Poole England which he delivered to the Mediterranean. From late 2019 thru 2020 Captain Francisco was in command of a 112 Westport where he supervised the nine month refit in Fort Lauderdale along with world class designer Destry Darr. Upon completion of the refit, Francisco launched the charter program and actively chartered 12 weeks a year, from 2021 thru 2023 with savvy clientele throughout the Bahamas and South Florida. Elliot has been in yachting 9 years and has traveled the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean and US east coast. Elliot worked with Captain Francisco on the 80ft Hatteras DADDY prior to joining him in 2020 on board a 112 Westport which was a very active program between owner's use and heavy charter. Elliot was on board the 112 Westport from 2020 thru 2023. Now, reunited again on board the 108SL 'DADDY' he looks forward to a busy charter program and showing charter guests a great time out on the water. A hard worker and team player, Elliot is very well liked by all charter guests who find him to be a charismatic, professional and ambitious young man.

Karla's seagoing career began in 2009 working on board a luxury cruise line as a waitress in their fine dining restaurant. Karla carries over her skills and knowledge from the cruise lines to her position as chief stewardess in the yachting industry. Always with a high level of customer care and attention to detail. With her outgoing personality, always with a smile and contagious laughter; Karla looks forward to welcoming charter guests on board M.Y. DADDY and looking after all of their requests for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Languages: English, Spanish, Italian

DANIELA AVENDANO

Chef Daniela learned how to cook from an early age working in the luxury hotel and restaurant industry. Her cuisine is made from scratch with the freshest ingredients and the highest quality provisions. Daniela can prepare any type of cuisine based on the guests' requests and requirements. She looks forward to delighting guests with her culinary creations along with a friendly personality. Daniela has worked on board a variety of motor yachts from 74 ft. to 142 ft.
