This spacious Fountaine-Pajot gem, S/V Devine Sailing, features an upper lounge with 360 degree view along with a forward deck with a spacious and comfortable seating area. The salon offers lounge area plus flat screen TV with many movies and USB capabilities. An abundance of water toys awaits our guests, including our famous “G-Swing”! Come experience the thrill of being lifted high above the water to drop, flip or scream your way down! For guest comfort, she offers 5 s queen cabins, each with private ensuite bath with electric toilet, wash basin and shower. All cabins have new bedding, air conditioning, two fans, 110v outlets and dimmable recessed lighting. Paired with the passionate, fun and experienced crew, guests are sure to have the time of their lives!

Five cabins with queen berths, each cabin has en-suite head with shower, electric toilet and vanity. Dry shower stalls in starboard cabins and port forward cabin. The midship port and aft port cabin are wet heads.

Brief
Captain Dick Stuart and Chef/Steward Kim Richards combine their love for each other, love of sailing, and commitment to exceptional hospitality to guarantee guests wonderful memories aboard Devine. They are passionate about the experience they deliver, cultivating a feeling of adventure and joy, that is sure to last far beyond your time in their care.
Dick Stuart, Captain:
Captain Dick Stuart, a mechanical engineer by training, enjoyed a successful career in construction sales management. He started his sailing career at the early age of 10 in an El Toro on Lafayette Reservoir in Northern California. Growing up, much of his time was spent sailing on San Francisco Bay and extensively bareboat chartering throughout the Caribbean. Captain Dick, in preparation for what he thought was a “retirement dream plan” continued to hone his sailing skills over the years.
He holds a 100 TON MASTERS WITH SAILING ENDORSEMENT, an FCC Marine Radio Operators Certification and a Dive Master Certification. Captain Dick has an excellent reputation as “the troubleshooting ninja”, and uses his knowledge of mechanical systems to anticipate all the “what ifs.”
Safety is Captain Dick’s priority for his guests, but FUN is his second! An adventure seeker and water lover, he moved to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico 4 years ago and loves sailing the beautiful aquamarine waters and island hopping.
Captain Dick welcomes all guests with his famous Captain’s Cocktails nightly! He is an avid Cribbage player and will challenge the best!
Kim Richards, chef and steward:
A former ER and Critical Care RN, Kim’s love for sailing began in 2012, the first time she set foot on a catamaran in the BVI. She has been “hooked” ever since! After completed sailing classes in Colorado and California, Kim captained several catamarans in Mexico and the Caribbean. She delights in creating the ultimate self-care venue for guests and sharing the magical experience of sailing the beautiful Caribbean waters!
An avid traveler, Kim has a great sense of adventure. Her adventures have taken her bungee jumping in New Zealand, skiing in the European Alps, fly fishing in Montana and Utah, volunteering as a nurse in Ethiopia and Uganda, hiking in Patagonia and Class V white water rafting in Colorado. A fitness and yoga instructor for over 30 years, she lives an active lifestyle in whatever location she may be.
Kim exudes a tranquility to the guests that is based on her lifelong practice of yoga and meditation, allowing everyone the opportunity to absorb the soothing nature of the sea. Come along as she paddle boards to the shore for a yoga on the beach session!
An accomplished business owner, speaker and author, she understands the ultimate importance of customer service and has a keen eye for personal detail. Kim is extremely passionate about food and hospitality, ensuring every delicious meal is prepared according to guest preference. From her attention to detail to her carefully crafted meals and cocktails, Kim ensures your vacation experience far exceeds your expectations!

This yacht offers an “All Inclusive” Rate:
Typically this includes all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Standard Ship's Bar which includes your alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Fuel for the yacht and its tender, and the necessary water for the onboard facilities. Use of the Yacht’s onboard equipment and the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any food or beverages purchased ashore. Although optional, crew gratuity is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.

This Yacht offers a “Plus Expenses” Rate:
Included are the Yacht and its onboard equipment as well as the Captain, Chef and Crew’s services.
Excluded are food and beverages, fuel for the yacht and its tender, any dockage, airport transfers costs, onshore excursions and tours, as well as any cruising permits, licenses and other charter related expenses. Crew gratuity, although optional is customary at 15% - 20% of the charter rate for the Caribbean and 10% - 15% for the Mediterranean.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance:
For "Plus Expenses" charters, yachts request an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is generally estimated at 20% - 25% of the base charter fee for sailing yachts (catamarans and monohulls) and at 30%-35% for motor yachts. The APA essentially creates a bank account for the Captain to purchase provisions, fuel, dockage, food, beverages, bar, and other consumables on the charterer's behalf. The Captain will keep all receipts and manage a running balance of the account, so that expenditures can be checked at any time. Any amount not used will be refunded at the end of the charter. If during the charter the costs have exceeded the collected APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills. All purchases are transparent and nothing is marked up. The APA is used purely for the charterer's provisions and charter-related expenses.
